What’s wrong with being constipated after giving birth?

Constipation after giving birth to a child is often caused by too little activity, irrational diet and physical weakness.
1. Too little activity: many women often stay at home after giving birth to a child and their activity level is reduced compared to before. As a result of reduced activity, bowel movement is slow and constipation often occurs.
2. Irrational dietary structure: some women often eat some too greasy food after giving birth to a child, but seldom eat vegetables or fruits. This unreasonable diet structure will lead to slow gastrointestinal peristalsis, food stays in the gastrointestinal tract for too long, and water is absorbed in large quantities, making it easy for constipation to occur.
3. Physical weakness: Some women are too weak after giving birth, the pelvic floor muscle strength is not enough, defecation force is not enough, not able to discharge the stool in time, the water in the stool is gradually absorbed by the intestinal tract, constipation will occur.
