Increased interstitial texture in both lungs is incorrect, it should be increased lung texture (increased bronchial vascular bundles) or interstitial changes in the lungs on imaging manifestations
1. Physiologic factors: common in long-term smokers or the elderly, chest imaging shows increased lung texture, but generally less discomfort, without special treatment.
2. Pathological factors: when suffering from bronchitis, there may be exudates in the airways, manifested as interstitial lung changes, commonly found in chronic bronchitis patients who have been smoking for a long time; patients with viral or chlamydia and other lung infections may be accompanied by symptoms of chest tightness and chest pain, and should be reasonably used under the guidance of the doctor.
It is recommended that the patient further specialized examination to clarify the cause of the disease, and actively cooperate with the treatment.
