Is it foot fungus if the bottom of the foot pops?

A foot breakout is not necessarily foot fungus, it can be eczema in addition to foot fungus. It needs to be identified by a fungal test. If the fungal test is negative, it is eczema. If the fungus is positive, it is foot fungus. Treatment of foot odor can be done orally as well as topically. For topical application, you can choose terbinafine hydrochloride ointment, terbinafine hydrochloride spray, luliconazole cream, clotrimazole ointment or naftifine ketoconazole ointment, and for oral medication, you can choose terbinafine hydrochloride tablets or itraconazole capsules. However, since these two drugs can be metabolized by the liver, liver function tests are required prior to treatment, and if normal, they can be used. Eczema is often accompanied by a thickened, keratinized, chapped rash, which can be treated with topical halometasone or fluticasone.
