The molecular staging of breast cancer is lumina A and lumina B. Generally speaking, lumina A has a better prognosis. However, luminaA and luminaB have better prognosis than triple-negative breast cancer, and the specific prognosis is also closely related to the patient’s physical condition and tumor stage, which should be considered comprehensively. Molecular typing is mainly based on immunohistochemistry report, the tumor is divided into lumina A, lumina B, HER-2 overexpression type and triple-negative breast cancer four molecular typing, these four different types of typing treatment options and prognosis are also different. The luminaA type, this type means that estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) are positive. However, HER-2, or human epidermal growth factor receptor-2, is negative, and targeted therapy cannot be applied, but endocrine therapy can be used. luminaB type (luminal B type), that is, ER, PR are positive, HER-2 is also positive, all three are positive, the treatment effect is better; including chemotherapy, endocrine therapy and targeted drug therapy can be used. It is suggested that breast cancer patients should consult regular hospitals in time and standardize the treatment under the guidance of doctors.
