Wen Bile Tang is not usually used to treat lipoma in clinic, the medicine mainly targets insomnia caused by bile-stomach disharmony and internal disturbance of phlegm-heat. Lipoma belongs to the category of sarcoma in Chinese medicine, and the main symptom is qi depression and phlegm coagulation, which can be treated with medicines such as Huanjian Ercheng Pill and Shiquan Liuqi Drink.
