For children with fever but body temperature <38.5℃, physical methods such as applying warm water to the forehead of the child and reducing the amount of clothing worn can be used to lower the temperature, and children should be encouraged to drink more water, and the body temperature of some children can be gradually decreased; for babies with temperature ≥38.5℃, antipyretic medicines such as ibuprofen and acetaminophen should be used for antipyretic treatment under the guidance of doctors. After the MMR vaccination, the body immunity is relatively weak, need to pay attention to whether there are secondary infections, for secondary viral infections, generally no special medication, give symptomatic treatment can be; when secondary bacterial infections, can follow the doctor's instructions to use cefixime, cefuroxime and other drugs anti-infection treatment.
