Since the breast is located on the surface of the body, it is usually easy to detect once the lesion occurs. Common clinical signs of breast cancer include: ① Rock-like lumps: In ancient times, breast cancer is called “breast rock”, which means that there is an uneven and hard rock-like lump in the breast, and this is the first major sign of breast cancer. (2) “Orange peel-like changes” in the breast skin: this is another prominent sign of breast cancer. (3) Nipple lesion: A lump located under or near the nipple may cause nipple depression or elevation, or deviation to one side, and both nipples may not be on the same level. It may be watery, plasma-like or pus-like, and the amount may be large or small, non-continuous, and the interval may be long or short. Nipple overflow is one of the important symptoms of breast cancer. (5) Enlarged axillary lymph nodes: There is a rich lymphatic network in the breast, and breast cancer patients have a high rate of lymph node metastasis, the most common one being axillary lymph nodes, followed by subclavian and supraclavicular lymph nodes.
