The pre-cancer symptoms vary according to the site of cancer, but generally common ones include wasting and weakness. As far as the symptoms of liver cancer are concerned, they usually develop from cirrhosis and are mostly accompanied by symptoms related to cirrhosis, such as weakness and gastrointestinal symptoms. If the patient is already in the decompensated stage of cirrhosis, there can be related symptoms according to the complications, such as upper gastrointestinal bleeding, black stool, malaise and blood pressure drop. There are also chronic hepatitis that develops directly without cirrhosis, often with few symptoms, therefore, hepatitis patients should have regular checkups for early detection and treatment.
