Bronchial asthma is a common chronic respiratory disease. Most asthma patients have recurrent attacks and become increasingly ill. Medical costs are high and most patients have unsatisfactory long-term control of their condition, wandering for long periods of time to respiratory clinics in major hospitals without access to professional management and consultation. Especially in the mainland of China, the vast majority of patients do not understand the characteristics of the disease and ignore the importance of long-term control until serious complications (emphysema, pulmonary heart disease, respiratory failure, etc.) occur, then it is too late to regret! Of course, this status quo cannot be blamed entirely on the patients. Compared with other systemic chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension, the health education and publicity work done by respiratory physicians for patients with chronic airway diseases (including bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) is far from adequate, and improving the education and management of asthma patients is an important part and basis for improving asthma prevention and control. Only after detailed communication and understanding with asthma patients, respiratory physicians can choose a reasonable individualized treatment plan according to the actual situation of the patients in order to achieve long-term control of asthma attacks and do their best to make asthma patients “live like normal people!” But to do this, doctors need to spend a lot of time on communication with patients, and heavy clinical work and noisy outpatient clinics simply do not provide a good environment for doctors, nor do they have enough patience. The network platform may help us to solve this problem, and we hope to establish a platform for large-scale publicity and education for asthma patients through the network, which will become the first line of asthma prevention and control, the initiation place and starting point for asthma education, and a large classroom for asthma patients to exchange their experiences in asthma prevention and control, encourage and learn from each other, and educate themselves, so as to maximize the motivation of asthma patients and their We hope to improve the level of prevention and treatment of asthma patients, and to enable more asthma patients to enjoy the benefits of modern medical science and technology to the maximum extent through the demonstration and radiation of patients themselves. This is the ultimate goal I hope to achieve through. Here, I will do my best to provide assistance to the majority of patients regarding the diagnosis of asthma, the choice of treatment plan, the correct method of medication, the method of monitoring the condition and the reasonable arrangement of follow-up visits.
