Clinical examination of subcutaneous tissue sclerosis

  Subcutaneous tissue sclerosis is the clinical manifestation caused by simple varicose veins of lower extremities, which is generally not serious, mainly manifested by sinuous expansion and tortuosity of superficial veins of lower extremities, if the disease continues to progress, to the late stage, especially when the traffic vein valves are destroyed, mild swelling and nutritional changes of skin in the foot and boot area may occur, including skin atrophy, desquamation, pruritus, hyperpigmentation, skin and subcutaneous tissue sclerosis, and even eczema and ulcers formation.  How should I diagnose subcutaneous nodules?  Due to the failure of blood renewal, there is a nutritional disorder of the skin, which manifests itself as skin atrophy, flaking, itching, hyperpigmentation, hard knots on the skin and subcutaneous tissues, and may also lead to inflammation, ulcers, bleeding and other consequences.  How should subcutaneous tissue sclerosis be prevented?  The prevention of this disease mainly has the following aspects: 1, mostly occurs in people who are engaged in persistent standing work or physical labor; 2, where there is a family history of simple varicose veins, most of them develop soon after puberty, therefore, in childhood and adolescence, appropriate physical exercise should be carried out to strengthen the venous walls under the condition of strengthening the whole body; 3, the measures to protect the superficial veins include: (1) long-term engaged in standing (1) those who are engaged in long-term standing work or strong physical labor, it is advisable to wear elastic stockings for protection so that the superficial veins can be in atrophy; (2) those who are engaged in long-term standing work should walk around frequently and do more ankle extension and flexion activities to reduce the pressure inside the superficial veins; (3) improve labor conditions and reduce labor intensity.
