Patients with renal pelvis cancer need chemotherapy after surgery, and the specific chemotherapy methods are as follows: 1. bladder infusion chemotherapy: after surgery, patients with renal pelvis cancer need to undergo bladder infusion chemotherapy, which is designated to dissolve chemotherapy drugs and inject them into the patient’s bladder to avoid the recurrence of renal pelvis cancer in the bladder; 2. systemic intravenous chemotherapy: after surgery, patients with renal pelvis cancer are found to have a high degree of malignancy and late stage of renal pelvis cancer by pathological tests. If the stage is late, systemic intravenous chemotherapy is needed to achieve a better prognosis. After systemic intravenous chemotherapy, the need for simultaneous bladder perfusion chemotherapy will be determined based on the cystoscopy or CT review.
