Sinus rhythm and right bundle branch block are usually due to a more severe abnormality in the right bundle branch conduction function of the heart, but the conduction impulse in the sinus node is normal and therefore the location of the pacing point in the sinus node is normal pacing. In conduction block, the patient may experience different clinical symptoms and therefore cardiac dysfunction. The basic causes of sinus rhythm right bundle branch block are usually lesions of the right bundle branch itself, organic heart conditions such as rheumatic heart disease, pulmonary heart disease, coronary heart disease, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease, and hypertensive heart disease. For non-cardiovascular diseases, in these cases such as pulmonary embolism, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and hyperlipidemia can also cause the above symptoms. Finally, if the patient has engaged in or undergone an interventional procedure resulting in heart damage, it can also injure the right branch of the tree and trigger a sinus rhythm right bundle branch block.
