Infusion is useful for patients with urticaria, mainly for acute urticaria, i.e., large red, swollen, windy and fused patches, intense itching, patients may have breathing difficulties, abdominal pain, diarrhea symptoms, for which infusion is necessary. Patients can be given an intravenous drip of compound glycyrrhizin injection or compound glycyrrhizin monoammonium S chloride injection, as well as an intravenous drip of glucocorticoids, such as dexamethasone or methylprednisolone injection, but the duration of administration should not be too long. After the symptoms of acute urticaria subside patients can switch to oral medication, for example, they can take oral compound glycopyrrolate capsules or oral antihistamines such as levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets, olopatadine hydrochloride tablets, epinastine hydrochloride capsules, chlorpheniramine maleate tablets, loratadine citrate tablets, and topical application of furnace glycolate lotion.
