Diagnostic criteria for anxiety disorders

  I. Chronic Anxiety Diagnostic Criteria (CCMD-3) Anxiety disorders that are characterized by anxiety and nervousness without clear objects and specific contents, with significant vegetative symptoms, muscle tension, and motor restlessness.  1. Symptom criteria: persistent primary anxiety symptoms, meeting two of the following criteria: frequent or persistent fear or anxiety without a clear object or fixed content; significant vegetative symptoms, muscle tension, and motor restlessness.  2, social function is reduced, unbearable and can not be relieved and feel pain.  3. Duration of illness: 6 months , excluding other diseases.  II. Acute anxiety diagnostic criteria Repeated panic attacks as the main primary symptom of neurosis. It is not limited to any characteristics with unpredictability.  1. Symptom criterion: the following four criteria are met: no obvious cause, no specific context, unpredictable; intermittent period, no obvious symptoms except fear of reoccurrence; intense fear, anxiety, autonomic symptoms, painful experiences such as depersonalization, reality dissolution, fear of dying, or loss of control.  The seizure starts suddenly and reaches its peak quickly, with clear consciousness and good memory.  2. The social function is diminished, and the pain is unbearable and cannot be relieved.  3. At least 3 episodes in a month, or anxiety of fear of reoccurrence after the first episode lasting for 1 month. Exclude other diseases.
