Lung cancer is a very common malignancy of the respiratory system. The so-called effective drugs for lung cancer may refer to targeted drugs as well as immunotherapy drugs, such as tyrosine kinase inhibitors and other targeted drugs. Lung cancer requires testing before use, such as erlotinib and gefitinib, which are potentially effective for patients with lung adenocarcinoma with EGFR gene mutations. Erlotinib costs about $500 for a box and gefitinib costs about $400 for a box. Other lung squamous cancers may have fewer targeted drugs to choose from, but there is now a targeted drug called anlotinib that can be used in the second or third line of anti-tumor angiogenesis treatment for non-small cell lung cancer, and the cost of each course of treatment is about $2800 for two boxes. Other PD-1 monoclonal antibodies cost between $3,000 and $20,000 per course of treatment.
