1. Osteoporosis: patients with osteoporosis may also have the above symptoms, patients need to get more sunshine, and at the same time, appropriate exercise, to promote the synthesis of vitamin D and the deposition of calcium salts; you can also use vitamin D, calcium gluconate and other drugs to treat.
3. Lumbar disc herniation: patients with lumbar herniation may also have the above symptoms, patients can wear a waist cuff for protection; perform rehabilitation actions such as swallow fly and hip bridge to strengthen the strength of the lumbar and back muscles; use medications such as meloxicam and methylcobalamin to alleviate pain and nourish the nerves; and patients with severe nerve compression need to undergo surgical treatments for decompression of the nerve roots.
