Glaucoma drainage tubes in aphakic eyes are unlikely to restore vision without an IOL. Suture fixation is again contraindicated in this glaucoma case. After the implantation of Artisan lens, the visual acuity reached 1.0. the IOP was stabilized in the normal range and has been followed up very well for 2 years.
