How to treat bacterial infections

For patients with bacterial infections, the site of bacterial infection and the type of bacterial infection should be clarified first. If the patient has a lung infection and sputum can be obtained, sputum culture and drug sensitivity test should be done. According to the results of the bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test, sensitive antibiotics should be selected for intravenous infusion of anti-infective drugs, and the inflammatory infection will be controlled or cured in about 7-10 days of treatment. Patients should pay attention to maintaining the body’s own immunity, taking more rest and drinking more water at the same time as anti-infection treatment. If there is a combination of cardiovascular system diseases or liver insufficiency, further infusion of cardiovascular system drugs or intravenous infusion of hepatoprotective drugs are needed.
