What’s wrong with the ear bone?

Ear bone pain can be caused by diseases such as auricular suppurative perichondritis and auricular trauma. 1. Auricular septic chondritis: formed between the cartilage and cartilaginous membrane, often causing severe pain. It can cause auricular cartilage necrosis and deformity. Often caused by trauma, frostbite, burns, surgery, auricular hematoma secondary infection. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is the most common causative organism, followed by Staphylococcus aureus. 2. Auricular trauma: Auricular trauma can occur alone, with contusion and laceration common. It can also be accompanied by trauma to neighboring tissues, and if it involves the external auditory canal, it can cause stenosis and atresia of the external auditory canal. Contusion is mostly caused by blunt object impact, and in severe cases, blood accumulates under the cartilage membrane and subcutaneous, forming hematoma. In severe cases, there are tissue defects and even partial or complete severance of the auricle. Ear bone pain, do not self-medication, need to seek medical treatment as soon as possible to avoid serious complications.
