Does black stool excrete Helicobacter pylori?

Passing black stool is not expelling H. pylori.
Patients with H. pylori infection need to be treated with quadruple drug therapy, i.e., two antibiotics combined with a proton pump inhibitor and a bismuth therapy, such as amoxicillin, metronidazole combined with omeprazole, and bismuth potassium citrate. Among them, the bismuth-based drugs may cause black stools, so the black stools are not the discharge of H. pylori.
In addition to medications, black stools can also be caused by peptic ulcer, esophageal varices, and other diseases that are complicated by upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
If you have black stools, go to the hospital and ask your doctor to determine the cause.
