The treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome includes general treatment, symptomatic treatment and immunosuppressive treatment.
1. General treatment: patients with primary nephrotic syndrome should have a low-salt, low-fat, high-quality and low-protein diet, and avoid factors that aggravate renal injury, such as preventing and treating colds and flu.
2. Symptomatic treatment: for obvious edema, furosemide and other diuretic swelling; proteinuria can be treated with ACEI/ARB drugs such as valsartan, chlorosartan, captopril and so on.
3. Immunosuppressive therapy: if the pathological type is clear, prednisone, methylprednisolone and other glucocorticoid preparations and cyclophosphamide, cyclosporine, tacrolimus and other immunosuppressive therapy can be given.
Patients with primary nephrotic syndrome should go to the hospital in time and receive timely treatment under the guidance of professional physicians. Drugs should be used according to the doctor’s prescription, do not self-medicate.
