Foot fever and pain are commonly caused by the following two reasons: First, long-term standing or sitting work can lead to obstruction of venous reflux in the lower extremities, resulting in venous stasis in the lower extremities leading to venous vasodilation causing fever, swelling and pain symptoms. Second, lower extremity venous stasis, the soft tissue temperature of the foot increases causing an increase in tissue metabolism, generating excess heat, further aggravating the foot vasodilation and fever symptoms. Foot fever and pain can be treated by warm water foot soaking for 30 minutes each time, 1-2 times a day, with the temperature controlled at 35-40℃. Warm water foot soak can take away excess heat from the feet, while promoting blood circulation in the lower extremities and reducing blood stagnation in the feet, thereby reducing the fever and pain symptoms in the feet. Usually exercise more calf triceps to promote venous blood circulation in the lower limbs, which can prevent foot fever and pain symptoms.
