The coexistence of bile duct stones and gallbladder polyps suggests surgical removal of the gallbladder. 1. Gallbladder polyps are polypoid changes in the gallbladder, for gallbladder polyps below 1cm, observation and treatment can be carried out, and abdominal ultrasound should be repeated every 3 months to see the changes in the diameter of the polyps, and for polyps with a diameter of more than 1cm there is a risk of cancerous changes, and surgical resection of the polyps is needed. 2. Choledocholithiasis is easy to induce cancer, gallbladder cancer, cholecystitis, single gallbladder stone, the diameter of which is less than 3 cm, can be observed and treated, multiple gallbladder stones, the diameter of which is more than 3 cm, need to be operated, and usually need to pay attention to the diet, avoid high-protein and high-fat food, and can eat more vitamin-rich vegetables and fruits. 3. If bile duct stones are combined with gallbladder polyps, the movement of stones back and forth may stimulate the gallbladder polyps, which may easily break down and increase the possibility of cancer. Therefore, timely laparoscopic removal of gallbladder and removal of stones are recommended. Patients with gallbladder stones combined with gallbladder polyps should go to the hospital in time if they have any discomfort.
