Contraindications of applying Wu Juju on Yongquan

The contraindications of applying Wu Zhu Zhu to Yongquan are not clear, but it is not recommended to apply it to Yongquan acupoints with skin injury, etc. The medication should be used in accordance with the doctor’s prescription.
Wu Zhu Zhu has the effect of reducing the rebelliousness and stopping vomiting (stopping the upward rush of stomach qi, stopping vomiting), dispersing cold and relieving pain, and assisting yang to stop diarrhea. Wu Zhu Zhu is used by decocting soup for internal use and applying externally in appropriate amount.
This medicine can be used in treating cold hernia and abdominal pain (acute abdominal pain caused by coldness in internal organs and external wind-cold), syncopal headache (headache caused by evils encroaching on the syncopal meridian), menstrual abdominal pain, cold-dampness feet (numbness, soreness and swelling in legs and feet caused by cold-dampness), acid swallowing (swallowing the acid that goes up to the oropharynx from within the stomach) and vomiting, and wu yang diarrhea (diarrhea before dawn).
Wu Zhu internal use is contraindicated for those who have a deficiency of yin and fire, and pregnant women should be cautious. Contraindications for external application to Yongquan have not been clarified, and it is not recommended for those with skin damage, rashes, or ulcers at Yongquan points.
Wu Zhu is used in the treatment of the above conditions and should be administered under the guidance of a doctor who can identify the cause of the disease.
