What are the symptoms of sarcoma metastasis in the lung?

Sarcoma presenting with pulmonary metastases has a series of symptoms manifested with significant progressive aggravation of cough, coughing, chest tightness and shortness of breath. It may be accompanied by hemoptysis, and in severe cases, massive hemoptysis will occur, causing hemorrhagic shock. Patients will show symptoms accompanied by weight loss, weakness, depression and loss of appetite. As the metastasis of cancer in the lung becomes larger and larger, it will block the airway and cause acute respiratory distress syndrome, leading to obvious respiratory failure, causing heart failure, and even triggering multi-organ system failure, leading to final death.
