Ultrasound of uterine sarcoma can show the internal structure of uterine tumor, marginal condition and low obstructive blood flow signal and other problems. Ultrasound examination alone cannot completely determine the uterine sarcoma, but should be combined with clinical symptoms, such as abnormal vaginal discharge, abnormal menstruation, vaginal bleeding, abdominal mass, etc. In vaginal examination, there is a watery fluid flow, white or bloody. When sarcoma grows into the vagina, there will be lumps protruding from the vagina, there may be purulent discharge with foul odor when it is infected, the uterus is abnormally enlarged, soft in texture, and larger may compress the bladder or rectum and cause irritation, and swelling of the lower limbs when it compresses the veins. If the uterus is enlarged with polyp-like lobulated necrotic material at the uterine orifice, endometrial mesenchymal sarcoma and malignant mullerian duct hybrid tumor should be considered, accompanied by emaciation, anemia and general failure in the late stage.
