Heel acupoints include Servant’s Counselor and Kunlun. 1. Servant Shen: Located in the heel area, directly below Kunlun, on the outside of the heel bone, at the intersection of the red and white flesh (the junction of the palm of the hand and the back of the hand, the heart of the foot and the back of the foot). It is used for treating impotence and paralysis of the lower limbs (weakness, numbness and pain in the lower limbs), heel pain and epilepsy. 2. Kunlun: located in the ankle area, in the depression between the tip of the outer ankle and the Achilles tendon. It treats posterior headache, strong neck, lumbosacral pain, ankle swelling and pain, epilepsy, and stagnant labor. 3. Jinmen: located at the lower front of the lateral ankle, in the depression of the lateral side of the dice bone. Mainly treats headache, vertigo, epilepsy, lumbar and knee pain, and external ankle pain. There are more acupuncture points on the heel, so consult an acupuncturist. If you need to needle the above points, you need to be operated by a professional doctor.
