Diabetic patients have to eat fruit, you can eat but do not eat indiscriminately. First of all, look at the blood sugar, if the blood sugar is not well controlled, then temporarily can not eat fruit, first adjust the glucose-lowering drugs to control blood sugar. Fasting blood sugar is below 7mmol/L, 2 hours after meal blood sugar is below 8mmol/L before you can add fruit, when you are ready to add fruit, you can reduce the amount of three main meals appropriately. Secondly, fruit must be separated from the main meal for at least one hour before eating, and you cannot start eating fruit immediately after eating, nor can you eat fruit immediately after eating. Only one kind of fruit can be eaten between two meals, and its weight is controlled at about 50g (1 tael) (such as 1/4 large apple, 1 small apple, half a large banana, 1 small banana, 5 grapes, half a dragon fruit, 1 grapefruit, half an orange, 1 slice of watermelon about 1 tael, etc.). Each meal can be eaten in different ways.
