Types and names of facial white spots

Many diseases of the face can be manifested as white spots, such as vitiligo, anemic nevi, white furfurace, post-inflammatory pigmentation. 1. Vitiligo: it is an acquired pigment loss disease, the lesions are mostly round, oval, irregularly shaped white spots or patches, with clear borders in the stable stage, gradually expanding. 2. anemic nevus: it is a congenital local vascular development defect, usually appearing after birth or when children, lifelong, manifested as a clear border of pale white spots. 3. Leukofurfury: most common in children and adolescents face, obvious in summer, the skin lesions are round hypopigmented spots of varying sizes, with blurred borders and covered with fine scales. 4. Post-inflammatory pigment loss: often secondary to psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, lichen planus, nodular disease and other skin lesions, manifested as a pale white patch in the location of the primary skin lesions. Facial white spots may have other reasons, if there are facial white spots, it is recommended to go to the regular hospital dermatology interview, clear diagnosis and then treatment, so as not to delay the condition, resulting in adverse consequences.
