If there are two defects, that’s two cavities, that’s when the cost may double to around$50-60,000 dollars. For some patients, if surgical open heart surgery is required, the cost is relatively cheaper, probably around$20,000, to get the surgery done. This is because there is no need to use expensive medical equipment during the operation, but traumatically speaking, it is much more invasive, which is its advantage and disadvantage.
