Bleeding scratches by your own cat need to be injected. Patients are advised to carry out simple treatment of the wound promptly after being scratched and go to the hospital for rabies vaccination within 48 hours after being scratched. If bleeding from a scratch by a house cat, it is recommended that the patient first squeeze the wound site, from proximal to distal to squeeze out the blood from the wound site.
