Atractylodes macrocephala and atractylodes macrocephala are both Chinese herbs. Atractylodes macrocephala can tonify qi, strengthen the spleen, dry dampness and promote diuresis, etc. Atractylodes macrocephala can eliminate food and strengthen the stomach, etc.
1. Atractylodes macrocephala is warm in nature, bitter and sweet in taste, and belongs to the spleen and stomach meridians. It has the effects of tonifying qi and strengthening the spleen, drying dampness and inducing diuresis, stopping sweating, and stabilizing the fetus. It is often used in the treatment of spleen deficiency, bloating and diarrhea, phlegm and palpitation (dysfunction of the lungs, spleen and kidneys, resulting in abnormal metabolism of fluid, which stays locally to produce phlegm), edema, spontaneous sweating (sweating during the day, especially at every turn), and restlessness of the fetus, etc. It is also used in the treatment of diarrhea.
2. Chicken Neijin is astringent in nature, sweet in taste and flat in texture, and enters the spleen and stomach meridians, with the effects of eliminating stagnation, strengthening the spleen and stomach. It is mainly used in the treatment of food stagnation and distension, vomiting and regurgitation, diarrhea (i.e., diarrhea, increased frequency of defecation, loose stools, or even leakage like water), chancre (a chronic disease gradually formed by impaired function of the spleen and stomach and depletion of qi and fluid), and drowning (enuresis), etc. The combination of Atractylodes macrocephala and Jenneria sinensis can be used in the treatment of diarrhea.
Therefore, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Chicken Neijin can be used to treat spleen deficiency with little food, abdominal distension and diarrhea, food accumulation and distension, vomiting and regurgitation. However, it should be noted that people with Yin deficiency, internal heat and fluid loss should be cautious of taking Atractylodes macrocephala; people with solid evil congestion should be prohibited from taking Atractylodes macrocephala, and people with spleen deficiency and no stagnation should be cautious of using Chicken Nei Jin.
If there is a need to take atractylodes macrocephala, it should be used correctly under the guidance of a professional Chinese medicine practitioner, and should not be used without authorization, so as to avoid adverse reactions.
