  (2) abdominal discomfort or pain, about half of the patients have abdominal pain as the first symptom, about 20% of the patients have abdominal pain radiating to the back and left shoulder, the pain increases when lying on the back and decreases when sitting or standing, bending, lying on the side or bending the knees; (3) jaundice, manifested as yellowing of the skin and sclera. and yellowing of the sclera. Therefore, it is not uncommon for early pancreatic cancer to be misdiagnosed as hepatitis or cholecystitis or cholelithiasis. The symptoms mentioned above are general symptoms, but the symptoms of pancreatic cancer may vary depending on the location of the cancer. Cancer of the head of the pancreas is most likely to cause jaundice, liver enlargement, and light-colored stools with a white clay-like appearance because it easily compresses the common bile duct and blocks bile drainage, causing bile to leak into the bloodstream. Therefore, pancreatic head cancer is relatively more likely to be detected at an early stage; pancreatic body cancer symptoms are mainly painful because the pancreatic body is adjacent to the abdominal nerve plexus and the lesion is easy to invade the nerves, and the pain is intermittent or persistent and worsens at night; pancreatic tail cancer symptoms are more insidious and pain is not common, except for general wasting, weakness, food celebration and indigestion, sometimes it is manifested as an abdominal mass, which is easily misdiagnosed as left kidney disease.
