Adults quail eggs a day up to eat a few

Adults can generally have 3-6 quail eggs a day when eating quail eggs. Quail eggs are rich in protein, ceruloplasmin, lecithin, lysine, cystine, vitamin A, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, iron, phosphorus, calcium and other nutrients, and have the effect of tonifying qi and benefiting blood, resisting rheumatism, and strengthening muscles and bones. However, the yolk of quail eggs contains a certain amount of cholesterol, and although its content is lower than that of eggs, it can still lead to an increase in serum cholesterol in the body when consumed in large quantities. Therefore, in order to ensure that the nutrients in quail eggs are fully absorbed and utilized by the body, and to avoid elevated cholesterol, it is recommended to eat a moderate amount of quail eggs every day, just 3-6. In addition, quail eggs should be steamed to ensure that their nutrients are not destroyed and are beneficial to the body’s absorption of nutrients, and cooking methods such as deep-frying and baking should be avoided as much as possible.
