Normally, there is no menstruation while taking Mafron, but during the first 1-3 menstrual cycles when you first start taking Mafron, there may be irregular spotting bleeding in the vagina, or it may appear as bloody discharge, which is estrogen breakthrough bleeding and is related to relatively low estrogen levels. Mafron is a short-acting contraceptive pill that can be used for both female contraception and the treatment of conditions such as functional uterine bleeding and polycystic ovary syndrome. When used for contraception, it is usually started on the first day of the menstrual cycle and taken for 21 consecutive days, with withdrawal bleeding occurring about 2-3 days after stopping the pill, which is equivalent to menstruation. The next box will be taken on the 8th day after stopping the pill. Generally, after 3 cycles of the pill, your body will be more comfortable with it and the irregular vaginal bleeding will disappear. Of course, irregular vaginal bleeding can occur if you miss a dose during the course of taking the pill.
