Gentian Diarrhea Liver Tang is composed of gentian, scutellaria, gardenia, zedoaria, mouton, angelica, radix et rhizoma, chaihu, glycyrrhiza glabra, and psyllium, it has the efficacy of clearing dampness and heat in liver meridian and diarrhea of liver and gallbladder fire, and it can be used for itching of yin, swelling of yin, yin sweating, impotence of tendons, drenched in urination and dystocia, redness in the eyes, headache, deafness, and so on.
Three Sons Nourishing Relatives Soup is composed of Radix Ledebouriella, Radix et Rhizoma Gramineae, and Perilla frutescens, which has the efficacy of warming the lungs, resolving phlegm, lowering qi and eliminating food, and can be used for phlegm congestion and qi retrogression and food stagnation, which can be seen as coughing and wheezing, poor food, and chest plumpness with excessive phlegm.
There is no contraindication to the use of the two, and they can be used together. However, the contraindications and adverse reactions of the two are not clear.
