What’s the difference between bees and honey

The difference between bees and honey is that the former is an insect and a collector of honey, which is an edible item.
Bees collect pollen to make honey. Honey is a supersaturated solution of sugar that crystallizes once the temperature is lowered; this part is glucose, while the non-crystallizing part is fructose.
The main nutrients of honey include proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and dietary fibers, etc. It also contains a variety of vitamins, such as Vitamin C, Vitamin B₂, Vitamin B₄, Vitamin B₃, and Vitamin B₉, etc. Consumption of honey in moderation helps to replenish the body with the above mentioned nutrients.
However, honey is high in sugar and is not recommended to be taken in excess. People suffering from diabetes should consume less or none at all as appropriate.
