Steamed garlic for coughs?

Steamed garlic cannot be used to treat coughs.
There are no clear studies that show that steaming garlic can treat coughs. Garlic is generally used in everyday life as a flavoring with a pungent taste. Garlic bulbs are rich in proteins, oligosaccharides and polysaccharides, prostaglandins, biologically active enzymes and trace elements. Steamed garlic has a soft, sticky texture and a diminished pungent flavor, and can be used as a dish, but it does not have a therapeutic effect on coughs.
Cough can be seen in a variety of causes, including respiratory diseases, digestive diseases, cardiovascular diseases, etc., and steaming garlic does not have the role of treatment of these diseases, if the cough symptoms failed to improve or even gradually aggravated, should consult a doctor in a timely manner, a clear cause of the disease, in accordance with the doctor’s instructions for scientific and rational treatment, and do not blindly believe in the prescriptions, to avoid delays in the condition.
