How to Rehabilitate Children with Cerebral Palsy



Rehabilitation training for children with cerebral palsy includes functional training, use of orthotics, and other complementary therapies.

1.Functional training:

(1) Physical movement training: including all kinds of movement disorders, postural abnormalities, etc. Physical therapy, such as Vojta, Bobath, Ueda method and other methods.

(2) Skill training: mainly for the fine motor training of the upper limbs and hands, to improve the children’s life skills.

(3) Speech training: including the coordination of hearing, speech, articulation, chewing, swallowing and other functions.
