Endometrial thickening, uneven echogenicity, the endometrium is usually 8-12mm when menstruation is approaching, if it is more than 13mm, it is endometrial thickening. If the endometrium is very thick, it is necessary to do diagnostic curettage, and the scraped endometrium will be sent to the Department of Pathology for laboratory tests to see if there is any organic pathology of the endometrium. If the endometrium is simple or complex endometrial hyperplasia, there is no need to worry about it. If the endometrium is too thick and the echogenicity is not uniform, there may be endometrial cancer, and in some cases, it may be combined with endometrial polyps, if the pathology result is fine, there is no need to worry about it, but if there is a problem with the pathology result, there is a need for surgery.
