Endometriosis b ultrasound presentation

The manifestations of endometriosis on ultrasound are as follows: First, if the endometriosis lesion forms a chocolate cyst in the ovary, ultrasound will show a localized cystic ovarian mass and strong echogenic spots are seen within the cystic mass, which is the main manifestation of chocolate cyst. Secondly, in the case of adenomyosis, ultrasound will reveal multiple fluid dark areas in the myometrium, which can diagnose adenomyosis. For patients with endometriosis, it is recommended to give active treatment. In the case of adenomyosis, treatment with a menstrual ring is recommended. In case of ovarian chocolate cysts, it is recommended to give surgical treatment as soon as possible. After surgery, it is recommended to continue treatment with Daphne for three to six months as endometriosis is prone to recurrence.
