This exercise, repeated 3-6 times per day at least 3-4 times per day, improves circulation and muscle strength in the lower extremities. (I) 1. Lie down flat. 2. Raise both legs 30 to 60 degrees and place them on the quilt for 2 minutes. (ii) 1. Sit on the edge of the bed. 2. Swing both feet naturally down for 3 minutes. (c) Lie flat and rest for 5 minutes, covered with a blanket to keep warm.
