The symptoms of prostatitis – check to be sure!

For men, the presence of urinary symptoms is always troubling and sometimes unpleasant to think about. This is why the willingness of people with prostate disorders to seek medical attention is quite strong. The actual fact is that you can find a lot of people who are not able to get a good deal on this kind of things. The actual fact is that you can find a lot of people who are not able to get a good deal on a lot of things. The actual fact is that you can find a lot of people who are not able to get a good deal on a lot of things. Of these, type 3, chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome, is the most common, accounting for more than 90% of all cases. Clinically, we mainly deal with chronic symptomatic prostatitis. So we focus on this type of prostatitis to explain. Other types of prostatitis, type 1 is caused by acute bacterial infection and is mostly accompanied by acute inflammatory symptoms such as fever, chills, painful urination, etc. Type 4 is asymptomatic prostatitis and there is no need for clinical management. The symptoms of chronic symptomatic prostatitis (type 3 mainly, including type 2) are mainly pain and abnormal urination. The type 2 patients can have recurrent urinary tract infections because of combined bacterial infections, which manifest as painful urination and burning sensation in the urethra. type 3 patients mainly present with pain in the perineum, penis, around the anus, pubic bone or lumbosacral area. Urinary abnormalities manifest as urinary urgency, frequency, and increased nocturia. These symptoms are not specific and it is not possible to determine from the symptoms alone whether you have prostatitis and which type of prostatitis you have. So, you can’t jump to conclusions before the examination is perfected. When a patient walks into the hospital with anxiety, a responsible and professional urologist should do the following tests. First, a routine physical examination of the genitourinary system can rule out symptoms caused by trauma, developmental problems, etc., as well as look for pressure pain and urinary retention. A rectal exam can reveal the size, shape and pressure pain of the prostate gland, while prostate fluid can be taken for further examination. The actual fact is that a qualified doctor must first ask, then check, and finally write the lab order, not write the order before sitting down in the door. That said, laboratory tests are still necessary. The test specimens include prostate fluid/ semen, urine. Although a competent doctor will always try to obtain the patient’s prostate fluid for examination, sometimes this may not be possible. When prostate massage is not possible, the patient can be instructed to obtain semen for analysis. The actual fact is that you can find a lot of people who are not able to get a lot of money from the internet. Historically, the “four-cup method” of urine retention was rarely used because the process was too complicated. However, it is too hasty to give a cup directly to the urine test. The common clinical method is the “two-cup method,” which involves taking urine before and after a prostate massage. The actual fact is that you will not be able to get a lot of money from the company. By the way, we do not recommend that patients interpret the results of their own lab tests or take them into account based on online information. We do, however, strongly recommend keeping the various labs in a safe place. When we finish all the labs and sit back in front of the doctor, we should have in hand: 1 routine prostate fluid 2 routine urine 3 urine culture (including bacteria, mycoplasma, chlamydia). Appropriate and adequate tests are the basis for a reasonable diagnosis, and over-testing is not to be advocated.
