What are the early symptoms of sarcoidosis?

Granuloma is a manifestation of chronic inflammation, according to different etiology, it is divided into infectious granuloma and granuloma caused by foreign body, its early stage may be asymptomatic, or fever, local inflammatory reaction.
1. Infectious granuloma
(1) Tuberculosis granuloma: manifested as local microscopic necrosis of the lesion, leukocyte aggregation and other manifestations, early asymptomatic, or fever, night sweats, malaise and other systemic manifestations.
(2) Syphilis granuloma: its essence is a large number of leukocytes surrounded by necrotic tissue, early asymptomatic, but also may appear infected local nodules, rashes, ulcers and other manifestations.
(3) Schistosomiasis granuloma: its center is schistosome eggs, surrounded by leukocytes and other immune cells. Early may be asymptomatic, may also appear fever, abdominal discomfort and other symptoms.
2. Foreign body granuloma: caused by asbestos, surgical suture, etc., it can form nodules locally, with foreign body in the center and a large number of leukocytes in the periphery, etc., which may be asymptomatic in the early stage, but may also show symptoms of local inflammation and irritation, e.g., foreign body granuloma of lungs, which may be manifested only as cough and other symptoms in the early stage.
