How to see the anterior-posterior position of the uterus on the ultrasound sheet

During the uterine adnexal examination, the examination report form of the regular hospital will usually indicate whether the uterus is in an anterior, posterior or horizontal position, while most of the general medical examination institutions will not look at the orientation of the uterus. If the report does not indicate the orientation of the uterus, the one picture of the longitudinal uterine section is needed to determine the orientation of the uterus. When the angle between the uterine body and the cervix is less than 180 degrees, the uterus will be close to the bladder and this is an anterior uterus. When the angle between the uterus and the cervix is greater than 180 degrees, the uterus moves away from the bladder, which is a posterior uterus. When the angle between the uterus and the cervix is equal to 180 degrees, the uterus is horizontal. Generally speaking, the chances of conception are higher in the anterior position and lower in the posterior position.
