Summer climate is hot, sweating is a normal phenomenon of human body heat dissipation, if it is physiological sweating can choose physical methods to stop sweating, such as pathological sweating can choose Chinese medicine to regulate.
Physiological sweating can be relieved by choosing a cool environment to rest, reducing activities, paying attention to sun protection, eating more watermelon, green bean soup and other food to reduce the heat.
Pathological excessive sweating can be categorized as “spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the day, aggravated by sweating with slight movement)” and “night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep and stopping sweating after waking up)” in Chinese medicine. Self-sweating is mostly due to qi and yang deficiency, while night sweating is mostly due to yin deficiency. Self-sweating can be treated with medicines such as Yu Ping Feng San and Sheng Wei San. For night sweating, medicines such as Oyster San can be taken.
Jade Ping Feng San can benefit Qi and strengthen the surface to stop sweating (stop sweating by consolidating the muscle surface), and is used to treat sweating due to deficiency of the surface (due to the weakness of the muscle surface and frequent natural sweating), and other conditions such as sweating, bad wind, and whitening of the face (whitish color and lack of luster). It should not be used in cases of external spontaneous sweating or night sweating due to Yin deficiency.
