Schihan’s syndrome is a very rare complication of postpartum hemorrhage, which sometimes leads to pituitary necrosis and manifests as Schihan’s syndrome. Pituitary necrosis leads to decreased lactation and no milk production after delivery. Pituitary necrosis also leads to decreased adrenaline secretion, which leads to decreased thyroxine secretion, which manifests as weakness, fatigue, and weakness in the limbs after delivery. Sheehan’s syndrome is a very rare complication of postpartum hemorrhage and is usually treated with hormone replacement therapy, estrogen supplementation to replace ovarian function, thyroid hormone supplementation, and cortisol supplementation to replace thyroid and adrenal function.
