Mild rhabdomyolysis can be treated with fluid therapy, alkalinization of urine and use of diuretics.
1. Fluid therapy: it is the key to early treatment, mainly to correct hypovolemia. Crystalloid fluid can be used, which can effectively maintain circulating blood volume and improve renal perfusion.
2. Alkalizing urine: if myoglobinuria occurs, sodium bicarbonate can be used to alkalize urine, so that the urine ph value can be maintained between 6.5~7.0, which can correct metabolic acidosis and prevent hyperkalemia, but it is necessary to pay attention to monitoring the dynamic urine PH value.
3. Diuretics: diuretics, such as furosemide and torasemide, can be used under doctor’s guidance to improve renal tubular flow.
Mild rhabdomyolysis requires prompt medical treatment to avoid aggravation of the condition.
Medications should be used under the guidance of a physician.
