Wound pain is lighter in patients after laparoscopic surgery than open surgery. Post-laparoscopic wound pain may be due to incisional infection, incisional strain or intra-incisional bleeding, and incisional ultrasound or puncture aspiration may be performed to determine whether there is hematoma or infection and treat it symptomatically. At present, the clinic mostly adopts the rapid recovery program, suggesting patients to use pain pump to maintain 48 hours after surgery, and the pain will be basically relieved after 2 days. If the pain does not disappear after 2 days, pain medication or fentanyl transdermal patch, which is a chronic transdermal release pain patch, can be used to improve the patient’s pain symptoms.
