The AC-T regimen of chemotherapy refers to adriamycin plus cyclophosphamide, which includes adriamycin, epirubicin, and pirarubicin, etc. The T regimen refers to paclitaxel, such as paclitaxel or docetaxel. This chemotherapy regimen is used for post-operative breast cancer patients with 4 cycles of AC regimen chemotherapy followed by 4 cycles of T regimen chemotherapy with a frequency of 3 weeks of chemotherapy. After all chemotherapy regimens, if pathology shows metastases in the axillary lymph nodes, radiotherapy to the chest wall is required. If the estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor are positive, oral endocrine drug therapy is required.
